With our dedicated tenant support line, your tenants can report any property-related concerns directly to us — saving you time and reducing stress.
If needed, we’ll also attend the property in person to meet with tenants and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
Whether it’s a maintenance problem or an urgent repair, we’re here to help — so you don’t have to be.
Property Inspections
Keep your property in top condition with our comprehensive inspection service.
We carry out full property inspections and provide a detailed report with photographs, giving you complete visibility of your property's condition.
Inspections can be tailored to your preferred frequency, but we recommend every 3 months to stay ahead of any potential issues and maintain high standards.

Compliance
No more worrying about when your next Gas Safety Check is due — we’ve got it covered.
We’ll monitor and organise all your property compliance requirements, including:
- Gas Safety Certificates
- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- PAT Testing
You’ll receive copies of all certificates, shared with both you and your tenant for full transparency.
As part of our regular inspections, we also ensure that all smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are compliant and functioning correctly — keeping your property safe and up to standard.
End Of Tenancy
Need an end of tenancy clean or want to get your property back to a lettable condition? Leave it to us.
Whether it’s professional cleaning, decoration, or general maintenance, we’ll handle it all using our network of trusted contractors.
